Jaguar Land Rover has launched the 2020 Jaguar F-Type facelift in India. The 2020 Jaguar F-Type Facelift has been introduced in the Indian market in Coupe and Convertible body types. This Sportscar will be available in 9 variants in total, with 6 coupes and 3 convertible options.

 This car was first introduced in December 2019 and it arrived in India just 5 months after its global debut.

Pricing :

2020 Jaguar F-Type facelift in India is priced from ₹ 95.12 lakh for base variant to ₹ 2.41 crore (ex-showroom, India) for top-end variant.

Power & Specification :

The Jaguar F-Type is powered a 2.0-litre in-line four-cylinder petrol engine (P300) and a 5.0-litre V8 that is offered in two states of tune (P450 and P575). The 1997 cc engine is tuned to churn out 296 bhp at 5500 rpm while developing a peak torque of 400 Nm at 1500-4500 rpm. The motor is mated to an automatic transmission that sends power to the rear wheels, propelling the car to do a 0-100 kmph sprint in 5.7 seconds, before hitting a top speed of 250 kmph.

Engine Options :

The 296 hp, 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder turbocharged engine from Ingenium range provides strong performance with refinement. It’s packed with innovative technologies, including Intelligent Continuously Variable Valve Lift Control and an E-wastegate.

The 340 hp, 3.0-liter V6 engine generates 332 lb-ft of torque and achieves 0-60 mph in as little as 5.1 seconds.The higher output 380 hp V6 engine produces 339 lb-ft of torque for even more potent performance and a 0-60 mph time as low as 4.8 seconds.

The 550 hp, 5.0-liter V8 engine found in the F-TYPE R generates 502 lb-ft of torque and achieves 0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds.The F-TYPE SVR has a higher output 575 hp engine that produces an astonishing 516 lb-ft of torque for a 0-60 mph time of 3.5 seconds.

Interior :

The F‑TYPE interior combines ergonomic expertise with sporting style — precisely considered cockpit design, simple controls and clear instrumentation .The F-type's interior is small but well appointed. Leather and suede front seats are standard, with premium leather available at extra cost, there's plenty of legroom but not much headroom inside the coupe, even compared with the other small cars in this set.

Every F-type comes standard with the same 10.0-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capability.Two USB ports and a 12-volt outlet mean that no one should find themselves without a fully charged phone.

Safety Features :

The safety pack of the Jaguar F-Type includes ABS with EBD, traction control, dual front and dual side airbags, all-round parking sensors and a rear camera. It also gets a pedestrian contact sensing system, which raises the bonnet for pedestrian protection in the event of an accident.

Nissan is planning to cut about 300 billion yen ($2.8 billion) in annual fixed costs and book restructuring charges as the coronavirus pandemic further depresses the automaker’s sales.
